A Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been declared from 0000 UTC Monday June
26, 2006 (2000L 6/25) through 1200 UTC (8 AM EDT) Wednesday June 28,
2006. The CWD is in effect due to the threat of heavy rain and flooding
over the Ern US.
