A Regional Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been declared from 2200 UTC
(1800 EDT) Sunday, August 27, 2006 through 1200 UTC (0800 EDT) Friday
September 1, 2006. The CWD is in effect due to the potential impact of
the tropical system, Ernesto on Florida and the Florida Keys.
