Subject: Data Outage

We had an issue with the cooling system which powered off all servers in 2B518, at this time we are trying to get a hold of all system adminstrator's to check there servers as we bring them back online which may have caused some gaps with many data sets.

We are waiting on return calls from some systems administrator.

we will keep you informed on the status.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Subject: MADIS issues?

Sirs,

We (WSI) connect via LDM to download MADIS data and have noticed no updates since 630 UTC 06-Spet-2010…

Are there any known issues?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
