I am not sure what you mean by "stops at 100mb"?

We do not throttle data transmission, i see the file sizes for the NAM12 are 
~450MB, from:

http://motherlode.ucar.edu/thredds/catalog/fmrc/NCEP/NAM/CONUS_12km/files/catalog.html

Are you unable to download the full run? We have no problem doing so here...or 
maybe I am not understanding the question :)
