The original agreement to distribute NLDN lightning data was clear that
displays of lightning strike data were to be confined to the campus
of the Unidata institution that was licensed to receive the data.  Your
display may be far enough removed from the actual data that it would
not be usable by a potential customer of the data; then again, it may
not.  Typically sites restrict all NLDN lightning displays to their
own campus thereby working totally within the original restrictions.
We will need to discuss your situation internally to see if we think
that your making the display public is OK or not OK.  Until then,
please do not make the display(s) generally available.
