On Wednesday Dec 11 at 10 AM MST we will change the provider source location for the One Hour Satellite Winds
for the MADIS-GSD data feed.
The new location should be more reliable and have more data. The CIMMS/NESDIS recursive filter flag (RFF)
will no longer be available through MADIS.
This change will only effect MADIS-GSD. We are planning to move these change to the MADIS-NWS system
in the future.
