[THREDDS #RFQ-848367]: Status of ww3_Med data; presently not updating

Greetings Scott!

We've been able to start capturing the new data and have it available through
our test thredds server. Would you mind checking it out and letting us know if
you see any issues?

http://thredds-test.unidata.ucar.edu/thredds/catalog/grib/FNMOC/WW3/Europe/catalog.html

If things look ok, then we can move it to be served out through 
thredds.ucar.edu.
