20010417: Color bar for satellite display

Luis,

GEMPAK uses the default conversion for IR temperatures when the
calibration type is "BRIT", and the image is not the visible
channel.

The color bar attributes are hardcoded in $GEMPAK/source/gemlib/im/imdrop.f
in the call to IM_CBAR. They are not configurable within the program.

For other calibrations, such as the CIMSS, where the calibration block
is PROD, the IM_CALIB routine will produce the color scale based
on the units provided in the area file.
