20020314: GPACK on OSF machines in GEMPAK 5.6.A and later



David,

I don't see this behavious in my current development tree for 5.6.f
under Compaq Tru64 UNIX V5.1 (Rev. 732);.

Certainly, gpack isn't used for that program. I'll look around.
