20020503: 20020503: GARP doesn't display Color Bar correctly with GINI radar composites

All GEMPAK programs share a color table when ntl is running, so changing the
color table in one will affect another. When gi\oing back to the other gui, if
there is an enhancement defined it can be restored. NMAP can adjust the
enhancements too.
The image will use gray scale if no entry for the band/source is found in
the imgtyp.tbl file. I have types defined for the nex2gini products
found in the $GEMTBL/unidata/nex2gini.tbl file. The GINI id of 99 will
be automatically mapped to an AREA source of 11 in the imgtype.tbl file.
The IR cloud top function in NMAP (for use with IR images) is called up
from the icon that looks like a cumulonimbus. The IR temp/brightnes is used
with sounding data to determine the cloud level.
