20020814: differences in ETA model grids



Kevin,

The decoded ETA 212 GEMPAK file has data from both the NOAAPORT braodcast as
well as that from the CONDUIT data stream (eg the 212 fields that are
available from the NCEP/NWS ftp server). The data on NOAAPORT is a smaller
subset.
