20020918: GEMPAK 5.6.h problem



Brian,

Did you download 5.6.h prior to Sept 16 when I made the release 
announcement? This sounds like an ntl 24 bit Linux bug in the preview
release that I fixed before making the final release.

If you downloaded the binary release, you should make sure that the
$GEMEXE/* file times are Sept 15th and later. 

The nts restore file you sent works for me.
