20030728: GEMPAK

Brian,

The Unidata participation policy as it pertains to downloading software 
(including GEMPAK) is found here:
http://my.unidata.ucar.edu/content/legal/participation.html

You may download the package. Since you are not a college degree granting
institution, we do not have the resources to provide direct support to you.
However, you are free to use the online (web and mail-list) resources.
Also note that the software is provided "AS IS" and we cannot make
any guarantees toward your use of the package as is stated in the
README.License_disclaimer file found in the distribution.
