20030819: changing radar enhancements in GARP in GEMPAK 5.6j



Robert,
If you are using 24 bit display, you have to redraw the image after changing
the enhancement.

With 8 bit (indexed) displays, the LUT could change the indexes immediately.
Since direct and true color mappings are done when drawn, the lut should be set
before you draw the image.

Note that 24 bit color support was introduced in 5.6.h.
