Convert NCEP ADP data to GEMPAK format

Hello. I have NCEP ADP global surface and upper air observational data from
February 1987 that I downloaded from the Data Support Section website
(http://dss.ucar.edu). Are there any decoders or programs available that would
convert these data to GEMPAK format? Any assistance you can provide is greatly
appreciated!

Thank you!

Hi! I have recently acquired surface and upper air observation data from the
Mass Storage System at UCAR. The data set is in ON29 format (the data are from
February 1987). Is there a method by which I can convert that data to GEMPAK
format? This is my first time working with such a file conversion, so my
apologies for having absolutely no clue where to start. Pointing me towards
where I can find source code to convert/decode these data would be greatly
appreciated!

Thank you for your time and assistance!
