20030925: plotting outlooks and probabilities



Kevin,

There currently is no decoder for the WUUS01 (PTSDYx) file.

Redbook graphics files have nothing to do with the format of text bulletins.
The graphics are those creatsed by the SPC. The graphics themselves are
just drawing commands which you can convert to VGF for display inNMAP2
or gif, ps etc for display, eg:
