20031107: creating a new GEMPAK file



Dusty,

It depends on what your data from UWYO looks like.
If you are downloading the raw files as they file off
from the LDM data stream, then you can just

cat infile | dcuair -b 72 -d - YYYYMMDD_upa.gem

if you are using the current days data. If not, then use the -c flag
to the decoder as shown from "dcuair -h"
