20040721: nexr2rhi problem

Robert,

The messgae is a status error to alert you to the fact that the
radar data is the old format Level II data, which does not include the
station ID- and therefore the program is using the station ID from the
template to navigate the data.

Your problem with NEXR2RHI is that the program expects the station ID in the
data (either from build-5.0 radar sites, or the dcnexr2 program),
and can't navigate the ends of the coree section. This is fixed in
the 5.7.3 release I am working on. Until then, you can work around using
the grid coordinates for the cxstns, eg @1;230>@460;230 for
a e/w cross section.

It would of course go away when sites upgrade to build 5.0....but
only 9 radars have done that do far. I had expected that to be done
by now.
