Dana,

You're quite right about the problem getting to our SMTP server and I
have corrected the issue.  Our IP filtering configuration had remnants
of blocking IP traffic from Rutgers due to the security attack
originated from Rutgers against UCAR in late April.  I believe those
issues have been resolved and have adjusted the configuration accordingly.
I regret your inconvenience on this problem.
