Re: Thanks by Support

Waldenio,

I need to double check what version you are using for the NMAP2 gui.
After answering one of Guilherme's questions, it appeared that at least
his distribution was old 5.7.1.

In my release notes for 5.7.2:
http://my.unidata.ucar.edu/content/software/gempak/GEMPAK5.7/whats_new.html#5.7.2
I noted that the map selection widget was now capable of displaying
more than 30 maps with a scrollable list:

NMAP Map Selection GUI now has a scrollable list instead a fixed
check list. This change allows more predefined area and overlay
selections to be available to the user without increasing the size of
the "Map Selection" GUI.

If your version is before 5.7.2, then you will be limited to 30 maps in
the list, so to add any to $GEMTBL/nmap/mapvol.tbl, would require
deleting one not used.

If you are using a later version, then it should work with:
map file - $GEMMAPS/histbr.uni

$GEMTBL/nmap/mapovl.tbl line added:
Brazil_States 1 brazil 0 8 1 1

$GEMTBL/config/mapfil.tbl:
brazil Brazillian States histbr.uni

Those are the only things I can suggest to check. I released 5.8.1
with this map, so that distribution will have the capability (along
with your metar station table additions).
