20050818: Colorbar max/min for radar plots

Pete,

To change the valid data range, which is used for the image bar, you would want
to
modify $GEMTBL/sat/imgtyp.tbl for the min/max pixel values for the particular
(reflectivity in this case) band setting being used.

My defaults for reflectivity are 0 to 105 pixel values, which relate to
the dBZ values or -30 to 75 based on the $GEMTBL/unidata/nex2gini.tbl
ranges being used by nex2gini.
