20050901: Analysis/forecast stamp query in re: RUC/Conduit

John,

The RUC is run hourly. The CY.19 is the 19Z cycle, which will
have analysis (F000) through F003. The file shown below has 
fh.anal, which will be a F000 grid for the 19Z run.

The RUC provides extended runs every 3 hours, eg the 18Z and
21Z runs would go from F000 through F012.
