20050922: IM-3 error

Bruce,

Indeed the KHGX_20050922_2018 we received was out of order as well,
as were several images following the one. The images have since
returned to the correct format header/order.

The first record of the LevelII radar file should have bytes:
AR2V0001.
or
ARCHIVE2.

The 2018Z image had:
% od -c KHGX_20050922_2018
0000000 \0 \0 205 H B Z h 3 1 A Y & S Y 333 `
0000020 267 002 \0 \0 303 377 377 377 377 377 377 377 337 377 377 377

The header block on this file was actually found on the od output line 2121040.

A notifyme shows that the parts 30 through 50 were received before part 1
through 18
(and 19 through 29 were missing). Parts 51 through 65 followed as shown below.
I don't know if the ROC notice about testing reroutes for the radars in that
region
was the culprit, but it seems logical since they the HGX office is the
collection
point for BRO and CRP as well. You may want to monitor the data reception and
if this is problematic, you could save the pieces in numeric order and then cat
them
together later to ensure proper ordering, but as I see the more recent images
are behaving
normally, this might have been a network switching irregularity only.
