20051006: garp model vertical profiles/cross sections not working 5.8

Pete,

What version of GEMPAK are you running? The current version of GEMPAK 5.8.3a
finished the grid library rewrite, and I modified Garp to be consistent with the
new library calling sequences.

The GEMPAK 5.8.1 and 5.8.2a releases had not completed the grid library
rewrite, so
there is an incompatibility with Garp trying to access some old
$GEMPAK/source/programs/gd/*
routines as Garp outdated.
