20051020: number of times in nmap2

Clint,

The datatype.tbl file defines the number of times
selected on the time bar, as well as the time range displayed.

The SAT type currently has 10 frames, and 2880 minute window (2 days)
while the RAD type has 10 frames, and 180 minute window ( 3 hours).
The 3 hours is roughly 36 frames if the radar is in storm mode, 30
if in precip mode, 18 in clear air mode.

You can override these in 2 ways:
1) Edit the datatype.tbl file
2) Click the "Range/Int" button and change the time range

The Range/Int allows to to select the time period for the time selection
widget as well as sample the observations at a specific interval- so
if you had 3 days worth of radar, you could chose an Interval of
30 minutes for example, and the time bar would provide those
observations closest to the desired time.
