The Barnes analysis routines in OABSFC were changed by NCEP to allow
bounds blocking, so the call to OA_BARN in sfcntr.f had to be
updated for the change in parameters being passed, so the 5.8.3a binary you
have is not correct.

Just trying to do a simple sfcntr example with Gempak 5.8.3a binaries on FreeBSD 5.4. When I run with a blank CNTRPRM, it works fine (simple data plot), but when I put in tmpf, I get a core dump (see output below). Let me know if you want me to send the 23 MB core dump file. Not sure if this is my own incompetence or a bug.
