RE: 20060608: GEMPAK file into NSHARP



Dave / Jim,

Your data file does not have the wind SPED and DRCT parameters.
The NSHARP routines for observed soundings expect the data to
follow the $GEMTBL/pack/snmerg.pack content for parameters.

I modified your data file to:
