[GEMPAK #WOZ-682801]: Frontogenesis scaling....



Frank,

Yes, when SCALE=1 in the Garp FDF, you are seeing values that are
multiplied by 10, so if the value shown is 10, then the interpreted 
value would be 1 K / 100km / 3hr.
