[GEMPAK #EQC-771253]: dcgrib2 dumps core on GRIB2 GFS 1 deg grids



Robert,

Your syntax for running the dc decoders is wrong. You need to use "-v #"
where # is a number from 1 to 4. Instead, you have the output file 
template where the verbose level should go.
