[GEMPAK #SBS-137900]: gempak.5.10.2 installation

You need to have at least Version 2.1 installed on your system.

You will find in $GEMPAK/source/driver/active/xw/xginit.c a check
on the XmVersion and requires at least 2.1.

If you cannot use the SGI OS CD's to upgrade, then you might try the
openmotif.org distribution and build a local copy under $NAWIPS
and then change the $CONFIGDIR/Makeinc.irix settings to point to
that location.
