[GEMPAK #HOV-816132]: SFEDIT -7 error

Hi Brandon,

I believe the problem is with the DATTIM format in your data file
ksc_201108281700.dat exceeding 2400 hours, see below:

 STID DATTIM HOUR ELPO HGHT
 F0000001 110828/2320 15.3889 127.3 26.40
 F0000001 110828/2340 15.3944 116.8 26.40
 F0000001 110828/2400 15.4000 114.5 26.40
 F0000001 110828/2420 15.4055 120.8 26.40
 F0000001 110828/2440 15.4111 129.3 26.40
 F0000001 110828/2500 15.4166 133.3 26.40
 F0000001 110828/2520 15.4222 129.7 26.40

Is 2500 on 110828 supposed to be 0100 on 110829?

You'll need to make this change to have the SF libraries read DATTIM correctly.
