[GEMPAK #LUO-186597]: GemPak dbiint fault



I'm glad to hear that it's working for you now.  After hearing that a re-build 
fixed it I'm guessing it is due to $OS_LIB/gdbiint.a being completely re-built 
(removed and before a make all install).  Catches me now and then..
