[GEMPAK #RNK-269103]: dcgrib2 issues



that's very odd indeed.

what you should see is this:

Can you tell me more about your system?  What version of GEMPAK?  What 
operating system?  And what is returned by the command "ldd $OS_BIN/dcgrib2" ?
