Hi All,

Well, they had a spare switch over at our info tech division, so they
swapped that in this morning and we are back up. Anyone feeding from
sunset or profhorn.meteor.wisc.edu feel free to switch back to us. We
should be ok for now. There will probably be a short outage when our
switch is fixed and put back into place, but I currently have no info on
when this will occur.

I am going out of town tomorrow afternoon and will not be back until
probably January 6 or so, but assuming we don't have a major network
outage like this again, I will be able to check on our ldm, etc while
I'm away.

Sorry for all of the confusion and hassles, but Christmas Eve on a
Thursday of a 4 day weekend is a *bad* time for such a major piece of
equipment to fail.
