I was having problems getting data from Univ. Wash and DRI for a period of
about 1 week...during the day time hours only.  On the 23rd data flow between
these sites dropped off considerably.   I contacted Larry Riddle at UCSD and he
allowed me to failover to his site until the network stabilizes.
