Hiya,
Tomorrow the plan is to install a new disk drive in thelma, the expected
down time will be about 10-30 minutes. This will happen at 16:00 UTC
(thurs). I wouldn't fail over to iita unless one doesn't get data for 30
minutes. The fail over scheme is:
thelma -> iita.rap.ucar.edu -> noaaport.ssec.wisc.edu -> nport.alden.com
