20010131: ETA model data

The actual patterns would be:
HRS     ^Y.RA.. KWBE ([0-3][0-9])([0-2][0-9])


etc.

I left out the HRS feedtype and  the two ".." which are the 2 digit level
numbers which are needed in an actual pqact.conf entry.
