Dear Bob and Linda,

Based upon our data receipts to date, it's likely that, for all 120
NWS radars on an "average" weather day, the volume of
data collected, in compressed format, would be between
30 and 40 gigabytes.  The maximum could be twice as large
during certain times of the year, but the 30-40 figure is a
good number to work from.
