feed request

Hi Mark,

I would sure like it if :

blizzard.storm.uni.edu

could get an allow for UNIDATA

on stokes.metr.ou.edu 

for use as a failover.

Patrick O'Reilly is the contact at UNI.

blizzard is using papagayo at UNL for primary feed so I expect very little
impact on stokes...
