Gary Toth is one of the course coordinators (he's currently here at
COMET), and he mentioned that CMC wants to get back into the LDM
business, so if Unidata has not received correspondence from them yet, I
suspect it will be coming soon.  They want the GEM at COMET next week
(their class is the week after), and they also want to make it available
to everyone on the IDD.

Good news about the Gempak too!

I was e-mailing from the classroom, where we just finished up a
displaced real-time case (Tornadoes in NY State on 5/31/98) - that was
the one machine I forgot to set the clock back on... oops.
