20040413: Glimpse search if Unidata IDD web pages for SkyWatch

Hi Tom,

Evidently, the URL for the Glimpse search of the IDD support
archives changed, and the link under the IDD support page did
not get updated.

The email exchange between Rob Dale and I is accessible
through IDD email support Glimpse search page:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/glimpsedocs/ghiddsupport.html

Use 'skywatch' as the search key to get back the exchanges
on our conversations about NOAAPORT, a Windows port of LDM-6, etc.
