Jeff,

Nope, the #221 or EGRID 32km are not part of CONDUIT.

The CONDUIT page gives links to the data stream content, starting at:
http://my.unidata.ucar.edu/content/data/conduit/ldm_idd.html

A good link for showing what is in conduit is:

http://motherlode.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/ldm/conduit_reception.csh

The file names are those on the tgftp.nws.noaa.gov ftp server. Available
data sets for ETA are 40km #212, 90km #104, surface fields for 20km #215,
alaska #216.

In the future, our plan is to use the GRIB2 ETA 218 12km grids to replace
the #215 surface data set.
