OK.  Please provide us with the fully qualified hostname for the
machine you want to setup to request CRAFT data.  I will allow
that machine to request data from thelma as soon as I have verified
that it has DNS service that allows for both forward and reverse
name lookups (name -> IP and IP -> name).
