20041014: rtstats web page



Mike,

I checked our web logs, and this garbage exists in other
URL requests to pages that are not CGIs. Of course, regular html pages
don't use passed parameters, so they don't care.

Anyhow, I don't think it is the rtstats CGI here, since I see requests
to the infamous rainbow pages with the same tacked on string
and those URLs aren't being generated by rtstats of course.

We'll see if we can track down the source of those unidata= strings.
