Just a quick comment on Jeff's original reply:

Since WMO is a compound feedtype of value: HDS|IDS|DDPLUS, I would
guess that the original intention was to ingest everything in WMO _except_
HDS.  If this is the case, WMO-HDS is a valid specification of feed type.
A feedtype specification of WMO|HDS would also work, but it is redundant.

As Jeff pointed out, the error was likely due to using WHO-HDS instead
of WMO-HDS.
