There is no problem.  The GEM data is only available every 6 hours, not
3.  To convince yourself that this is the case, and to reassure you
that you are receiving all of the GEM data, please compare your ingest
volume statistics against what the Unidata/UCAR toplevel IDD relay is
getting:
