Hi Steve,

There is no electronic version of the agreement...

What are you hoping to do?

The lightning data is provided by SUNY-Albany for research and education.

It cannot be re-distributed.

It cannot be displayed in real time via the web.

Those are the major points, but let me know what your plans are and we can
go into further detail if needed..
