Jean,

What did you see "running" via the processes?

If, in fact, it did stop and re-start, we are complete..and stats should
flow...however, and I will test now, I do think you can issue the command
ldmadmin restart unless you are user ldm.

If you are going to be administrating the ldm, you should be logging on as
ldm, and executing these commands as ldm...I will now attempt an ldmadmin
restart not as ldm, but in the same group..

No, it will not work unless you are user ldm, so wait until you can become
ldm, then execute the ldmadmin restart command...
