An aside, you may want to chat with your network folks, it appears as if
there may be some sort of packet shaping going on, notice on the high
volume feeds (CONDUIT):

..there is a "sawtooth" pattern of latency, this usually indicates some
sort of packet or volume shaping. The LDM runs on port 388, so if you can
have that opened up, hopefully your latencies will drop to the 15-30
second range.

Notice how the low volume feeds (IDS|DDPLUS) do not have the same
signature:
