[TIGGE #YSF-211129]: TCP tuning for TIGGE tuning

Apologies for the delayed reply, I've been out and missed your response.

I don't remember doing much TCP tuning on AIX, but let me check and get back to 
you.  We do have
two AIX systems in-house, so it would have been a while back.  Either way, 1GB 
of memory is not much
if the machine is to receive data and do much of anything else.

I agree.  You'll have much better luck with Linux.  More memory would also be 
good.

There are subtle differences in tuning AIX and Linux (mostly parameter names), 
but in general, 
the network stacks on most Unix systems have evolved from the same basic model
